My name is Danielle, also known as Del. I am a professional artist based in Durham, UK, specialising in mural art (on windows and walls) as well as customised items such as jackets and shoes.
I became a fulltime artist in autumn 2024, after sticking out decades in office-based jobs before taking the plunge to pursue art fulltime. It has been far from easy, with a lot of ups and downs and swapping one type of work stress to various other types of work stress (who knew self-employment meant being in charge of marketing, sales, social media, finances, supplies, web design as well as the actual ‘work’, ay?!) but so far I’m enjoying the rollercoaster. I feel lucky to receive every email response and for every enquiry that comes my way – so to all out there supporting people like me in finding their footing, thank you.
I try to update this website as much as I can, though I’m more active on socials so please give me a follow (my reach is quite terrible!). I’m slowly populating the shop with products as and when I have time to make and them and update this.
